Reschedule a Call When the Queue is Outside Business Hours

Hello everyone, I have a time group for business hours, which, when in operation, sends customers to an IVR. When outside of business hours, it plays an announcement and hangs up the call.

I wanted to ask if it’s possible, or if there’s an app or some function, that allows customers to schedule a callback when we are outside business hours, with a voice message that says, “The call center is closed. If you would like to schedule a callback with one of our agents, press 1.” We would then receive a notification or something would be added to the calendar to call the customer back.

Is this possible?
