Can't login to system after upgrade to v16

I’m getting the error “Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1935764547 bytes)”. I tried updating the the memory_limit in freepbx.ini to both 2000M and 4000M and neither worked. The system has 4GB so it should have plenty. I also changed the upload_max_filesize in php.ini to 120M. It seems like I’m having a common issue, but none of the stuff I’ve found to fix it is working. Does anyone else have any other solutions? Thanks in advance!
