Firewall Interface set to External but still allowing hacking attempts

I'm troubleshooting another problem and just opened up the asterisk log and noticed a ton of registration attempts coming from IPs that are not specified in my Network tab.

System Firewall: Enabled
Safe Mode: Disabled
Filter Type: Reject
Responsive Firewall: Disabled

Only Web Management (Secure) is set to External for Services.
eth0 is set to External.

edit Enabled the Responsive Firewall and Enabled PJSIP management for it. Firewall is definitely blocking registration attempts.
