The sequence of events leading to the error were

1. I had upgraded a handful of modules according to the latest version recommendation on the dashboard.
2. First config change after the above upgrade was an update to an extension. My system restarted suddenly after pressing Apply Config
3. Subsequent Apply Config results in the error

I am Running FreePBX 13 and Asterisk 13, loaded from FreePBX Distro.

Hoping for some advice to resolve.
