FreePBX GUI does not load, times out

The browser never reports an error. I need some direction how to get information from the command-line.

I am connected remotely using Putty/SSH. I've had this system running for about 6 months.
I have restarted and even rebooted the system to see if something was just hung. Nothing reports an error.
I do have 3 notifications that do not appear to be related

freepbx | NEWUPDATES | There are 20 modules available for online upgrades
framework | BROWSER_STATS | Collecting Anonymous Browser Stats
framework | missing_html5 | Missing HTML5 format converters
