TLS and SRTP on FreePBX 13.0.190.2

Regarding this problem I have 2 questions:
1. Is it possible to use TLS and SRTP if FreePBX server being behind NAT?
2. For using TLS is it possible to use the "default" certificate or have to create a new certificate?
