We would poll the status of the card and it would show under the alarms as "UNCONFIGURED". I thought for sure it was a hardware issue or something similar. We eventually reset the configuration on the card and boom, it starts working...
Has anyone ran into this before? If so, why the heck does it happen (if you know)?
