Do Not Distrub no red light and error of no ext or hint

I am currently having an issue with DND not showing up on my polycom vvx 310 phones. I have disabled the hardcoded DND and set a softkey with *76 DND toggle.

If you activate it on the phones, it works fine but the phones don't show what state it is in... no red light or anything.

I am also receiving this error in the logs:

I am far from an expert but i don't see where i could modify this setting to fix the issue.
