New Calls on Polcom uses secondary Extension

Whenever 101 takes a call and places the caller in Park or on Hold, all new calls are automatically placed thru 201.
We have this issue by all phones with two extensions.
Note, we already checked the concurrent call limit on the Extension, and line limit on the Phone.
