CDR Reports not working

I know I am not the only one who have encountered this problem but I don't know how to resolve it.

Asterisk version 12, FreePBX version 12.

When I want to show my cdr reports it shows nothing, so I have entered "cdr show status"

Call Detail Record (CDR) settings

Logging:                    Enabled
Mode:                       Simple        
Log unanswered calls:       No
Log congestion:             No

* Registered Backends
-------------------
csv
cdr_manager (suspended)
cdr-custom

As you can see, my cdr-manager is suspended, I want to know how to fix this?

And when I enter "module load cdr_adaptive_odbc.so"

[2015-11-23 12:18:40] WARNING[6103]: loader.c:523 load_dynamic_module: Error loading module 'cdr_adaptive_odbc.so': /usr/lib64/asterisk/modules/cdr_adaptive_odbc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[2015-11-23 12:18:40] WARNING[6103]: loader.c:1032 load_resource: Module cdr_adaptive_odbc.so' could not be loaded.

So, what's the matter and how can I fix it?
