Comedian Mail Greeting / New User Prompts

So vm-login is now "Mailbox"
And vm-newuser is now "First, I will guide you"

It includes all the various formats required in the /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/ folder as well as WAV.

Instructions:
Extract ZIP
SFTP files alaw, ulaw, sln16 and gsm files to /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en
