Call Recording, Complete call not being recorded on a transferred to a queue

This is on a outbound call that is transferred to a queue or ring group.The recording contains the first part between the outside caller and the extension and also the part where the local extension is announcing the call to the extension the call is being transferred to, after the extension that made the call hangs up the recording ends.

We are using FreePBX 10.13.66-20
