Is this just a constant attempt to glean active telephone numbers? Why must they keep on trying? I rarely, if ever, get bothered by such things but I am bugged about the multiple daily dial of my number by the one mentioned above.
Does anyone have a hypothesis on what they are doing or trying to do?
