On Demand Call Recording

I have two issues that may be related:

1. On Demand Recording with *1 is not working. I do not get a beep when it is pressed and the call recording does not show up where it should. However, I do see this in the log:

1. On Demand Recording from the Flash Operator Panel is not filing its recordings correctly. It is just dropping the recordings off in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor without filing them away by year, month, date so the CDR cannot reference them and put them in the report.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
