FreePBX w/ AudioCodes MP-118 Roll Over for Incoming Lines

Do I need to set that up through the telephone provider, or can the Audiocodes handle that? I am thinking that I will have to set it out through the phone company, but wanted to see if the Audiocodes Gateway could do that for me instead.
