Inbound Not A Working Number

I use SIP through Flowroute. My server is showing registration on Flowroute, however I am seeing multiple lines there where in the past, I only saw one.

Internal calling is working.
Softphone clients are able to connect over the internet and make calls.

Outbound works, but only if you dial the country code. Example 1-555-555-5556 vs 555-555-5556.
