UCP is missing the call forward settings

I had an extension that was setup to user call forwarding at some point and it did not have a user assigned to it, I don't have access to the phone at this time and wanted to unforward it. so I made a user gave ti rights to sign into the UCP and assigned it to the extension. I don't see any of the line related settings available. I have FreePBX 13.0.192.19 installed on this PBX and have updated the UCP module.
