Recordings Files 0 bytes

the phone message plays it back perfect, the email attachments have it perfect, just the recordings storage folder is not getting it, all files are 0 byte, and cant play them in any way, even on the recordings manager module i purchased ir dont play, tried changing to the format: wav WAV and GSM.

also changed the recordings folder to new location and no luck.
