When things don’t work many of us try something like status.domain.com to check network status. Then of course social media to look if anyone else is losing their mind. I noticed when the forums were down many people were unaware that Sangoma has a status page where you can look for status etc. They don’t use the “status.” url which may be a point of confusion. Hopefully never needed but you can look at https://trust.sangoma.com It appears to cover most things but I don’t see Voip Innovations on there so they may have a different system for status. Oh by the way probably bookmark the status pages in case something is down lol. Also most will let you subscribe for updates so you know without going to look.
